APE Realty exclusively represents tenants.  We represent the tenant’s best interest, advise them along every step of the process, negotiate favorable terms, facilitate the transaction on their behalf and get paid by the listing broker from his commission.  This allows us to act as the franchisee’s advocate without the conflicts of interest associated with commercial real estate firms that list and manage properties and therefore bound to landlords.  

We are specialists in guiding the new franchisee through the real estate process to ultimately find the location and negotiating leases that will ensure their long-term success. 

Mark Camara

Mark is a specialist in commercial real estate and has negotiated over 5.5 million square feet of space throughout the U.S. and Canada since 1998.  His background also includes corporate hotel management, franchise entrepreneur owner/operator of retail and service franchises, and director of real estate for a major franchise.

These skills in corporate business and franchise ownership translate into results in real estate negotiations.  Mark offers tenacious negotiating skills and passionately fulfills his fiduciary responsibility to obtain the best price, terms and conditions available while protecting the right of his client.
